DNR Project 2024

In the spring of 2022, Trilogy Tehaleh Firewise members met with a Unit Fire Manager from the Department of Natural Resources and walked some of the trails in Trilogy to review the fire fuel load in those areas that had been created by both trail construction and the natural deterioration of the aging deciduous trees along those trails.

Announcement

Important updates to our Firewise Community

Hello TTF Members,

Trilogy Tehaleh Firewise (TTF) wanted to notify all of you the changes our organization is going through. TTF board of directors has made the decision to partner with Trilogy Emergency Readiness Team (TERT) where our mission statements are aligned by providing educational tools and resources to protect our homes and the surrounding areas.

We will continue to support the Landscape Committee with the trail clean-up days along with promoting the use of fire-resistant landscaping practices. In the future we plan to co-host TERT community meetings with guest speakers from East Pierce Fire and Rescue, Pierce County, local elected officials, and/or Dept. of Natural Resources.

TTF would like to thank all the volunteers and donors for their time and resources to help our community become a model Firewise community.

Thank you to Whitman Board and Tehaleh Owners Association for their support and donations to help our community become a safer place to live.

Thank you !
