About

TERT stands for Trilogy Emergency Readiness Team. To help our neighbors and preserve our unique community TERT was started to be better prepared for emergencies that impact the community. TERT is a VOLUNTARY group of owners that want to help each other and receive a benefit from being prepared when emergency situations occur. TERT does not apply to individual medical situations. TERT is not applicable when local emergency services are on site such as 911 responders. TERT is NOT part of the Home Owners Association (HOA), but the HOA supports the objectives of TERT.

TERT applies when multiple homes and members are affected by an emergency event and 911 response is not available. TERT is supported by Pierce County through https://www.piercecountywa.gov/6007/Emergency-Management-Services

TERT also receives support through volunteers and local support businesses and groups. Volunteers in TERT receive the benefits of their contributions when it is most needed.

Hi. My husband & I are investigating moving to WA state from Southern OR, and will be considering Tehaleh/Trilogy. We’re CERT members here, and care about emergency preparedness. We’d love to talk with some people to see if this might be a good community for us.
